Liability & Waiver
All members and guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with the game of golf and use of Sunnybrae Golf Club facilities.
Assumption of Risk:
All players assume the risk of accidents and damage to person or property while on the premises.Release of Liability:
By playing at Sunnybrae Golf Club, all members and guests agree to waive any rights, claims, damages, actions, or suits, and release, hold harmless, and indemnify Sunnybrae Golf Club, its managers, partners, members, and employees from any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the facility or equipment.Player Responsibility:
All players are expected to take reasonable precautions to ensure safe play and are fully responsible for any personal injury and/or property damage.Damage from Play:
Members and guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused to vehicles (parked or on adjacent roadways), buildings, carts, individuals, or equipment resulting from their golf shot.Property Damage:
Any damage to golf course or neighbouring property—whether intentional or due to negligence—will be the responsibility of the individual and may result in repair or replacement costs.Reporting:
All property damage, whether accidental or intentional, must be reported to the golf shop immediately.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair access to tee times and provide the best possible experience for all guests, we kindly ask that the following guidelines are followed:
Tee Time Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled tee time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee or the full booking amount.
No-shows may be charged in full and may result in limited booking privileges.
Group Bookings & Events
Group bookings (12 players or more) require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Special events and tournaments may require a non-refundable deposit and will follow specific terms provided at the time of booking.
Dress Code
At Sunnybrae, we like to keep things relaxed and welcoming while maintaining a respectful golf environment. We ask that all guests arrive dressed in appropriate golf or athletic attire.
Recommended Attire
Golf shirts, t-shirts, or athletic tops
Golf pants, shorts, or athletic bottoms
Soft-spike golf shoes, running shoes, or appropriate athletic footwear
Not Permitted
Shirts with offensive language or graphics
Cut-off jeans or cut-off shirts
Swimwear or excessively revealing clothing
Bare feet
We simply ask that attire is clean, appropriate, and in the spirit of the game.
We understand that plans can change, and our team will always do our best to accommodate. If anything comes up, please contact the pro shop as soon as possible.
